  1. I want to share my experiences with the NCLEX-RN since I was constantly on this site looking for answers and advise to my concerns. I recently graduated in June and recieved my ATT the middle of July. I live in California and there are huge delays but I was suprise at how fast it happened. I scheduled my ATT and gave myself 3 weeks to study. I put myself on a strict study schedule, I used Kaplan all the way to last week. My friend offered me to use her UWorld for the last week because I got tired of doing Kaplan. I took my NCLEX on Friday, August 12 at 1:30 pm. I was schedule to test at 2 pm but I arrived early and was able to start early. I got a total of 75 questions, 12 SATA, 9 Meds. It was tough and I hated majority of the answers I chose. It took me 1 hour and 50 minutes, to finish. I cried right after and felt defeated, I honestly thought I failed. My friends met me right after, they took their NCLEX before me and both passed. I was a mess and didn't want to be around anyone. They convince me to try the Pearson-Vue trick 4 hours after. I got the good pop-up, however I still didn't believe it and didn't want to get my hopes up. I tried it again on Saturday, and I still got the good pop up. Monday I was anxious and tried it again and I still got the good pop-up. I found out midnight on Tuesday that I passed. I hope that this will help someone who may had similar questions I had prior and after boards.
  2. Hi, I live in California as well and sent my information to the boards and requested an interim permit. The BRN received my application on March 28. My permit posted yesterday, however I haven't gotten my ATT. Four of my friends recieved their ATT last Thursday and Friday, we all sent our applications in around the same time. I'm assuming yours should be processed soon.
  3. I am in the same boat. I just applied to PCC, Citrus, Rio Hondo and LA County. I am very nervous, good luck to you all!
