Arizona board of nursing licensure by examination (international graduate)
Hey silverdragon. I have a question. In my CGFNS report my name does not include my middle name. Will that affect my application to the board if the app includes my middle name? Same social and address and DOB. Except the middle name.

I know. Just keeping my head up. AZ housing is ranging from 500-800.. Not bad vs. california. Also. I wanna start fresh. Too many bad memories in CA. Anyway, can you direct me to the thread that discusses the problems they had with AZBN?

Arizona board of nursing licensure by examination (international graduate)
Hi everyone, I am josh, a fresh grad from the philippines. I just recently read on this site that arizona is included in the concurrency issue. Now I am a little afraid that I might get denied. I have already purchased a CGFNS-CES and just today the report was issued with meets all program requirements, comparable to BSN in the US. Tomorrow, I will be sending my application to AZBN. The reason I applied in arizona was because of catfish fishing! And cheap housing. Second is 3 of my schoolmates who graduated october of 2012 passed the arizona nclex Feb 2013. So that gives me hope. Just sharing guys. Will update this post as soon as possible. If you have any questions, or are interested in applying in arizona, i might be able to answer some of your questions. =) i have been in contact with their representative for international graduates. Do you think i should ask her about the concurrency issue?

Nevada NCLEX for international graduates.
Hi this is bertus. Can't log in my account so i made a new one. Anyway yes steppybay my theories and clinicals match to the very detail. I worked extra hard for that because during my time there, people I know warned me about the concurrency issue. Also our school has revised their curriculum and works very hard in matching theories with clinicals especially ms/ob. I think I will be ok. The problem is that nevada bon really does require a local board. I called them twice on different days and talked to different people and they both said the same thing " we will not be able to accept your application without a local license" so i sent my cgfns-ces to arizona, where correctional nursing looks more promising. It is where my comfort zone is since i have worked in one as an lvn for 3 years. Wish me luck! All the blessings to my fellow new grads, and my fellow nurses!
