Emails went out this morning, orientation is on the 25th and we have another mandatory day may 29th. It will be nice to meet everyone in person. Jenny

Alright got ahold of someone this morning and the orientation date is not set in stone but tentatively set for April 25th. Hopefully they can confirm the date soon.

I have my email account all set up, but no word yet on orientation. I know Tulsa campus had orientation in January. I hope they let us know the date sooner than later so I can book my flight at a reasonable price.

Hi [COLOR=#003366]outriton, Sorry for just getting back to you, life has been crazy. Add the holidays and trying to coordinate my trip to OKC with my family that lives out there has been hectic. I have been in Costa Mesa/Newport area since I was 18, so not too horribly far from SD. I actually was down there a few weeks ago. How was the move/adjustment for you moving from SD to OKC? I will be in OKC 12/4-12/7. I am taking a campus tour on Friday morning at 9am since I have never physically been to the campus. If you are free we should meet for coffee or something. I will send you a PM and we can hopefully arrange something. : )

Hi Outriton: I grew up in a medical family and I have some basic hospital experience out her in CA, so I am pretty comfortable in that setting. I realized about 5 min after I graduated I hated my desk job and started taking the prereqs while working and well I'm sure you know how that story goes. What about yourself? Are you currently in OKC? Looks like we will have plenty of time to get to know each other since it sounds like we will have a small class: ) Also the honors classes you were seeing online I think are for the traditional program:) OklahomaState'13: I am currently in California so I am not very familiar with OKC, except from what I remember visiting family almost 10 years ago. Where do a lot of students live, in the village or off campus? I have a little dog, so on campus for myself is out of the question...where would you recommend me starting that search? Is there a place close to the campus but conveniently located to activities, nightlife ect or a location where everyone tends to live? I'm flying out next month to try to get the lay of the land since it would be a pretty big move, so ANY tips regarding where to live or OKC in general would GREATLY be appreciated!!! Also are any of your classes online/hybrid, especially the intersession courses? Did most of your classmates attend undergrad at OU or in Oklahoma in general or do you have a few from out of state? Is your class mostly new grads or a fair mix of people? So many questions....thank you so much :)
