How does autonomy impact the nursing practice? In what ways? If you could be detailed it would be great. -Question from a current nursing student.

Also is my diagnosis acceptable?

Hi everyone, as the title states I need help! My assignment was to give an assessment to an individual. Based on the interview make a diagnosis and then Identify at least one goal for each nursing diagnosis. Identify a plan to address the nursing diagnosis with at least 2 interventions for each diagnosis. From the interview my diagnosis was Readiness for enhanced religiosity related to ability to increase reliance on religious beliefs. My question is what would be a goal and 2 interventions for this diagnosis?!?! Please help
