Can anybody tell me about admission? I am applying for fall 2015, and I have to travel to other countries in May and June. So If you get in the program and got acceptance letter, should you do something? Should you send documentation to office or should you visit the Medical campus in person to keep your seat? Or can you just call them you want to the program? Because I am will traveling, I need to know the process. Can anybody kindly advise me?Thank you very much.

did they say that they will start sending the letter in May? My advisor said to me they will be starting to do that btw june and july. which one is right?? anyone heard anything? thank you.

About the HSC0003 exemption, my CNA license and CPR are approved recently, but in my unofficial transcript , I earned credit of HSC 0995. Is this ok? I mean when someone is exempted, is that class recorded as HSC 0995 not 0003? I would appreciate if anybody confirm this. Thank you.

A lot of people are applying now. I don't think it matters. You can apply both AO and general. I did both.

About this issue, I went to an advisor in Medical campus. If I take stat, nutrition, etc now, it will affect overall GPA for fall admission. Application due for the fall nursing is May 1. You cannot submit your application for fall semester later. My advisor recommended for me to take stat and nutrition in summer so that this classes won't affect my current GPA, which is 4.0. By the time, admission process will be done, so my summer class will not affect admission for fall nursing. This is what I got from her.

Hey I am applying for fall 2015 ( generic nursing full time) and I finished all the pre-reqs for admission. Now in spring semester, I am taking stat and nutrition, sociology for rn to bsn in the future. My grade from stat, nutrition and sociology will also affect overall GPA for nursing generic admission for fall ? Does anybody know this?

I went to their advisement seminar, and they said there will be no test for fall and next spring.

Hi guys, Have you guys taken CGS1060? "1. The following courses must be completed to be awarded the Associate in Science Degree. CGS 1060‡ Introduction to Microcomputer ‡Applicants may complete this requirement with the successful completion of the Computer Competency Test. This course requirement must be completed by the 31st credit of enrollment." This is a little bit confusing to me. I haven't taken this class yet, but my credits are over 31 so far. I transferred last summer from NY. in this case, can I still take this now? Can anybody make it clear? Thanks!

Oh my god, why is getting job so hard as a CNA here? I have no experience but all LTC seems like they want experienced CNA! And I've heard that it is really hard to get a job in hospital in nyc unless you know somebody there.Can anyone give me advice based upon your experience? What should I do? Should I work as a cashier while I volunteer in LTC or a hospital? Should I just knock the door in LTC and tell them I need a job? Is there any fine agency that will give me a job? I will be so grateful is someone give me advice!!!
