Kee MS, RN, Joyce LeFever "Pharmacology; A Nursing Process Approach 7th e" Wilkinson, Judith M. "Fundamentals of Nursing" These are all I can afford now after purchasing other equipment plus overpriced health insurance. Well, let the pain and glory begin!! Anyway, for those of you in section 003, since I'm type I diabetic, you're more than welcome to practice how to check the blood sugar or inject insulin shot on me, if we are allowed to do that.

How was everyone's July 4th? I'm just being a night owl since I'm still excited by the fire works at Leonia, I guess my inner child and teenager showed up at same time. I'm in section 003 and bit concern about whether I can manage myself balancing my job and the school. I did finish most of the pre-requisite courses and I hope this will give me some sort of the break. BTW, this is the video I always watch when I need to fill up my bring it on attitude.

I ended up leaving soon after the team of nursing student showed up since I needed to go to my job. It was very good to see many male students there. Anyway, did anyone got scared or overwhelmed when they told us how hard this program is? Well, to be honest, I'm excited and scared at same time;).

Just wanna mentioned about the medical check for this program. If you haven't done yet, do it asap!! The result of the blood exam, I need to take the vaccines for MMR,Hep.B, and TD. Addition to that, I got positive on PPD on second test, so I have to take Xray. This medical requirements seems like take more than a month to complete. I'm so glad I started it early.

Congratulations kaitlynelizabeth! I also have a question about the uniform (actually location of the uniform shop). Any suggestion about the parking near the uniform shop? I looked up the store's address at Google Map, but it seems like there are only few parking space on the street. If street parking is only option, what time is best time to go there?

How many male students are usually in each section? I'm guessing it's not a lot, since the nursing department always address me as Ms. I do know that instructors and female students will treat male students equally with respect. But I'm just wondering how are patients in the clinic react to male student nurse?

The information packet I received via mail doesn't say anything about textbooks, uniform nor medical kit, and this is only info packet I got:no:. So thank you so much for discussing about the textbook and uniform, otherwise I ended up having no clue at the orientation or worst case scenario, not able to attend fall program due to unprepared. I feel like I dodge the bullet. I will ask for another info packet which contain those notices. And I need ten textbooks for three classes:wideyed:!? I guess this is perfect time to say "bring it on!!"

I got in!!!! The torture is finally over. Anyway, in case if anybody wants to know my score, GPA, and other circumstance. My cumulative score is 83. GPA is 3.6. I'm a current student in BCC.

For my case, the grammar and reading part help me a lot. Vocabulary segment help me little, since I've seen many vocabularies which aren't on the book in the exam. For the science parts, Chem&Bio, I used it as the outline of what to study, I was depended on Khanacademy.org for studying these two subject. I did not study a lot for math part, it's my strong subject. Anyway, I don't see many applicants in this thread compare to other BCC nursing program thread. Does this mean fewer students applied for the nursing program this year?

Log in at evolve website, then go to the page where you can see your score. On that page, instead of click on "Admission Assessment Report," click on "+". You will see the scores of each subject you took, and if you click "View Reslut," it will show your score and the class average on that subject. I add all the class average scores from each subject and divide by 6 to get the cumulative score. I hope this will help:)

Today is last day of the exam. If all of the applicants scores were updated now, the final class average is 76. I guess hope up & chin up are all I can and suppose to do.

The class averages on the science portions are Chem-76, Bio-72 as of today, April 10. I checked this post that from last year. https://allnurses.com/new-jersey-state/bergen-community-college-356890-page138.html and it seems like we will get result of who is in 2 weeks after the last day of the exams. For the list of ranking, I really don't know about it either.

Hi, PCTJon. Are you talking about Bergen Community College? If so, thank you for making the post:). I've got 83 on the cumulative score. The class average score is 77 so far. I just can't stop myself crossing the fingers. According to the last year's post that I search in this website, spot will open if someone decline.
