Hi! I was wondering was anyone applying for clinicals this semester? I'm applying, but I'm a nervous wreck! My gpa dropped last semester to a 2.7 and I am terrified I won't get in. If anyone is going through a similar situation please comment and share. Lets get through this together.

Hi guys! I was wondering has anyone ever took a psyc class during a or b sessions. I need to take intro to psyc next semester, and the only one I can take is a b session class. Can anyone tell me what to expect? I don't want to fail this class because I'm applying for clinicals next semester. Help please!!! Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I know I'll have to get thicker skin before I do become a nurse, but I just wish people weren't so ignorant about things they know nothing about. To say, "nurses just sit at the nurses station all day" is pretty discourteous.

Hi guys! Sometimes when I tell people I'm going to nursing school, they will say, "those nurses don't do anything!":no: Although I'm not a nurse yet, I get irritated when I hear them say that. I read what you guys go through on this website and it definitely seems like nurses do a lot! I was wondering have anyone ever said this to you and how did it make you feel?

What obstacles did you face while in nursing school? Was there anything that almost prevented you from finishing nursing School? I don't start school until the 26th, but everything is starting to fall apart. My boss agreed to work around my schedule but suddenly has a change of heart. I'm just really stressed...
