    Hi everyone!!! To me, the 4 questionnaire that we had to fill out seems like an interview, just like how UBC Nursing does their applicants. Doing interview online is way better in person, consider it gives you the time to think about what you are going to say and it saves the BCIT Nursing selection committee time...you know...interviewing 176 applicant will probably take at least 1 month. As for contacting the reference, they probably will contact them. I know this because my volunteer manager told me that she knows about the BCIT nursing reference procedure, that is, emailing the reference people and request them to fill out few questionnaires. Hope this helps everyone! GOOD LUCK!!!
