  1. Thank you all for the inputs. You were rights about the $, I just had the confirmation. Will move forward pending the final eval.
  2. Maybe, just maybe you did not read and understood me well. I am asking for further clarification/information on the program. I have already spoken with the advisors with minimum help (read above). I am asking for any excelsior students if they have had similar experiences and if they might be able to clarfify nor expand their experiences in helping me. In no way, i have asked anyone to voice his/her opinion without offering any guidelines already expressed. Rgds. J
  3. Hello, I just enrolled with excelsior lpn to rn and i am now very confused about the whoke process. 1-Upon enrolment, i have to wait for the advisor to proceed with my officia eval when nothing has changed with my prior eval, but ok. 2-I cannot do anything, take any class prior to that eval being done. 3-how long is that eval is going to take is unknown, weeks, according to my "advisor" 4-upon enrolment and reading a lot about the program here, i finally chose the multi option and was expecting to be able to pay the 8 remaining tests at about $365-395.each. i saw the price of some of the tests at $1600-1900 each. Am i missing anything? 5-i have budget less than $7k to do it all, can anyone explain me if i am doing, understanding the cost and the program wrongly? Rgds. J

  6. I do believe that non only nursing makes you fat but bring you to the edge. First nursing is not for all. I've been in that field for several years and I am sure that nursing is full of illogical people therefore illogical work ethical to be polite... you do not eat well, do not rest well, do not work well, do not take rest, eat junk food when it is not stolen. We all know it, what make you fatty is not only eating junk but an umbalanced life, work, nurse. Look around you and ask you coworker how many are on diet>pills, how many are taking any other rx rt to new illness they did not have prior to nursing. Nursing does not make you fat, but Nursing does...
