Hi, I've been in HH for a few months. I'm trying to create a document for myself to track my patients visit frequencies/ when appts are neede/ next recert dates etc. to plan my week/month and not miss anyone and prepare for future recerts/ROCs etc. My company is all by laptop but I wanted something to print out so I can see/add my patients all to one document to get an accurate overview. Has anyone created a document that works for them? Thank you
