  1. ACLS requirement

    I don't have ACLS certification. Does anybody apply at a hospital job without ACLS? I only have BLS. I don't want to pay extra for ACLS if it can be offered free in the hospital once you get employed. Any suggestions? I've been working more than a year on a vent-based facility and rehab nursing. I want to apply for a position in a hospital. Do I really need to get the ACLS course before applying. Any comments are highly appreciated. Thank you guys. Have a good day!
