  1. Is having a CNA job give you a better chance to get hired as an RN?

    Hello! I am currently in nursing school. I work in a group home where I take care of individuals with different disabilities. I have work there for about one year. It is hard work but rewarding! Now that I am in nursing school, is it a better idea to become a CNA to have a better chance to get hired quicker as an RN? I know hospitals like to hire individuals who have experience of working in a hospital. Thanks! :)
