  1. In my facility it is "new lines = new tubes (and bags of course.) regardless of how old the previous tubings are.
  2. I wish our fresh heart post-ops patients were 1:1! Sometimes even our balloons are paired (as long as the patient is stable and paired with a very stable patient.)
  3. I agree with you: 2 weeks is not enough time. They must be very desperate to have staff on the floor, and not at all concerned for their staff or patients. Definitely not somewhere I'd want to work.
