  1. Thank you so much guys! My situation is that I need to continue working my job. I do not have family support and can't take a full time RN program. I am a hard worker and therefore thought about online course. Excelsior is the only one I came across. I am a resident of CA. This is what I am thinking: I can finish the course while keeping my job. Then go to the neighbouring state of Texas to sit for NCLEX, get certified in Texas and start working there. Do you think this is possible ? Can I do this. Please help, your guidance can make a huge difference in my life. Deeply grateful!!
  2. Hello everyone, I would really appreciate if I can get some guidance from members here. I am currently a resident of california. I am planning to enroll in the excelsior online associate nursing program. I am aware that ca board does not recognise excelsior. My question is once I pass the cpne and graduate from excelsior, can I go to another state eg.texas to take nclex to become eligible to practice in texas. Would me being permanent resident of california mean that I would not be able to take the exam ? Please guide , I would deeply appreciate it
