  1. Im a new grad starting in Atlanta, I was offered $23/hr in a hospital with $5.00 differential nights and $3.00 differential weekends. I hope to work nights so $28/hr with diff.
  2. It was L/D internship. Wow, 8 people would have been nerve wrecking!
  3. Its strange that the interviews would be so different, it must depend on the area of nursing. Glad you did well!
  4. I don't know yet, I am a new grad, it seems like a really great place.
  5. I interviewed here recently, it is a one-on-one interview with basic scenario questions. Nothing to be nervous about.
  6. Thanks for the info, weekend plus one would be great. Maybe once I'm established somewhere I could switch over to that shift. Do you know if weekend shifts are highly sought after or do you think I will have a reasonable chance of being able to work weekends once I'm through with an internship?
  7. Hi, I'm new to this site and have been looking around but haven't seen this question asked recently. I'm looking into nurse residency programs in metro Atlanta, specifically Emory/Piedmont/AMC/Northside/Dekalb Medical, and I was hoping someone could tell me if any of these hospitals offer a weekend only option or baylor program. I have a 1 year old little girl and it would make life for my family so much easier if I just needed someone to help watch her on the weekends.
