  1. I have been doing some serious thinking which route to take to get to RN school. Hi everyeone, I need some tips in route to my future RN school decision! I have mostly looked into private schools because there is no waitlist and so forth. I just went to West Coast University to see hoe the school is. I really like this school so far, but the only draw back is the loan I would have to get. I was also thinking of going to lvn school then work and work on my pre-reqs while getting some experience. I need to work. I could not afford not working with the few bills I have. Since both of my parents are retired, it would be hard to ask for help because I don't want to be a burden. I'm currently a Medical Assistant in the LA county and I'm only 20 years old. I know that this is what I want to do, but I need advice on which route to take. Any suggestions?
