  1. thanks very much for your help, I always get this back to front for some reason. I have fixed. Pyrexia r/t inflammation/infection from ulcerative colitis, aeb a temperature elevated above normal range and a moderately elevated WBC count.
  2. Hi Kelley, I just found this website and thought you might be interested. Continental Travel Nurse, travel nursing jobs in England
  3. Hi there, I'm a 2nd semester nursing student and am currently working on a NCP for homework and don't have much experience. I'm wondering if I can i relate 'inflammation' to a medical condition? E.g. Inflammation r/t 'acute exacerbation of ulcerative colitis', aeb a moderately elevated WBC count and pyrexia. Or do I have to relate inflammation to something other than a medical condition? Thanks in advance for any help :0) Deb
  4. Have you ever thought about doing your training in NZ? Nurses in New Zealand are educated to a high degree level via a three year, two semesters per annum, program, with an approximate 50/50 mix of theory to practice. Positions are found throughout NZ for graduate RN's and because of the program mix, are confident to practice even before graduating. Interesting: US – desperately seeking 100 NZ nurses | Scoop News
  5. For interest sake, in NZ we use ADPIRE, assessment, diagnosis, planning/goal, intervention, rationale and evaluation.
