  1. I am getting the same message, and I am not brave enough to e-mail the professor about it...was hoping someone else would :-P
  2. I am Diana...I have Health Assessment lab on Tuesdays from 10-1pm and Foundations lab on Thursdays 12-3pm. I am used to flying solo on the study front, but am willing to try a group...whatever it takes to be successful. There are some nice gaps of time during the day that would work for meeting up. So excited!
  3. It is still pretty vague...in canvas it looks like I was schedule wednesday from 12-3 as well, but I have a different class that doesn't end until 12:45. I was thinking of changing my schedule to help fix it, but I left it alone. Mrs. Harner posted the Syllabus for Foundations of Nursing (3829C) in canvas, but she said that she needs to check on a few things with the lab schedule. I read through the Syllabus, and it mentions that the use of audio taping/video taping is prohibited. Have you guys ever experienced that? Taping and listening to the lectures is a huge part of my study regimen...do you guys think I should politely ask her to reconsider, or leave it alone for this course and hope that not all of our classes are like that?
  4. I am really excited too! I know how hard we have all worked to get here, and it is almost time to start, YAY! I live in Naples and would be interested in carpooling when possible. I live on Livingston Road just a touch north of Immokkalee road. I usually take Livingston the rest of the way up to Bonita Beach Road, so I don't backtrack, and on I-75 for the rest of the drive.
  5. I was thinking that I would wear a maxi-type dress. I want to look presentable, but not overly dressed up. I'm definitely not gonna do the yoga pants and T-shirt (which will probably be my staple outfit for classes on non-lab day)
  6. Nope, but I have seen previous threads mentioning orientation being held Mid-May early June-ish.
  7. 95 on the TEAS, and I am a transfer student, so I have no idea how FGCU calculated my gpa, however my prerequisite gpa was 3.65ish....
  8. Dude congrats!!! Whoop whoop! As soon as I saw your post, I raced home to check the mail, and sure enough, I am in too! I have already sent back my response! I'm ready! Yay!
  9. Well guys, it is the home stretch of the waiting game...I wish you all the best of luck this week. Everybody please post when u get ur results! It will be time to celebrate, big time!
  10. Ok...tomorrow makes 9 weeks. I am so ready to get on with this. Are they seriously going to drag this out until April 15th?
  11. I haven't heard anything from them as well. As soon as I do, I will post, and will u guys do the same? One thing I did notice is that in 2011, they knew by early March, 2012 was late March....so perhaps the trend is later and later as the number of applicants grow. Whatever it is, I too, am checking my email every hour---frustrating!!
  12. Thanks...I saw that too, I was kinda hoping that I was "special" and would find out sooner. I am an idealist like that ?. Oh well, one more month of wondering...
  13. It's killing me to not know if I was accepted or not! I know they said 8-10 weeks, but dang, the waiting is the worst! Anyone have info on when the earliest date they have notified people of acceptance/rejection in previous years?
