Even if she is given a rejection letter, she would still have an application status change and she would still be sent an official letter in the mail.

No status change yet, but again, I don't anticipate any status change until mid-to-late April considering my status changed to ready for review close to mid-March. I'll keep you updated.

Resignation not going well. Advice?
Make sure you document everything (the harassment, etc.) and submit a copy to HR. Cover your behind. PS: in the future, if you need to switch departments, be sure to get your "promises" in writing before you actually make any moves. Good luck & don't let it stress you!

There aren't many apartment complexes downtown. How far are you wanting to travel to classes? Most apartment complexes off and around Washington Road near downtown are decent. Enterprise Mill is nice, but its not inexpensive. There are a lot of historical houses that are set up like apartments for you to rent, but those you'll have to search online. A lot aren't included in the apartment rental books. You may want to look around Augusta State's campus (GRU's Summerville campus) at the houses and apartments nearby that are for rent, but again, it may be best to do an online search or actually visit campus and look at the postings for apartments and roommates and what. I also recommend looking in North Augusta for apartments. There are many apartments in Augusta, but most aren't located downtown. Good luck with your search!

My status didn't change to ready for review until a week before the deadline. I had to wait for my lor's to be sent. They reiterated in the web seminar that they process things in the order in which they're received. It didn't change to decision made before the website's maintenance this week and there's only a week before spring break after this week, so I'm not expecting anything until mid to late April or even early May.

They do offer Saturday classes so you may want to look into that for next year (maybe during spring break or something), so it doesn't feel like you're wasting your money by getting recertified too early.
