  1. I'm 23 and just starting my pre Reqs for nursing this summer! Good luck to you!
  2. how many classes do you take per semester if you are working and/or have children. I am thinking about taking a+p 1, intro to sociology, and statistics this fall, I also work part time and a mother to a 2.5 yr old, will this be too much? love opinions :) thanks!
  3. i am trying to figure out my math classes. I could take pre-calculus or a statisics class this coming year. I could take either one for the program i want to get into but i am wondering what others have taken and there opinion of the material learned. thanks!
  4. going by your screen name I am assuming you have a child also? I have a 2.5yr old and I am going to get my co-regs done first if I am not accepted but i guess there is a slim chance i will have to do them together. Thank you for your input!
  5. Is anyone planning to/ or is taking their co-reqs during a RN program?
  6. Hi, so I am wondering if anyone uses the kindle or electronic version of there school books. It looks to be a little cheaper than buying a regular book and seems to be a little easier than carrying more than one book around. What are your thoughts about kindle vs. reg books? I would be using the kindle version on my iPad if that makes a difference. I am just starting my co-reqs now. Thanks in advance!
  7. Hi, I took the TEAS V and I have not taken any pre-reqs yet(starting this summer). I have been out of high school about 5 years now, with no college credits at all. I started studing about a month before and did pretty well (for being out of school for awhile). I got an 87 in reading 96 in math 75 in science and 70 in english. I would buy the study book that ATI makes and study it like crazy. There were questions in the science section that were not covered in the study guide so I am sure that taking those classes can only benefit someone. Why not take it and see how you do, you can always try again! Hope this helps!
  8. I have never attending college and I am starting this summer. I am curious if anyone has any reccomendations for classes to take during the summer. My goal is to get into a RN program so I know I have at least a year of pre reqs ahead of me.
