    so I've found 2 places so far that have an accelerated BSN program within my area http://www.bestnursingdegree.com/programs/accelerated-bsn/ Mount Saint Mary's College and Concordia University-Irvine any former students of these 2 places? Are nursing programs significantly different from one another? Or does it all come down to the NCLEX pass rate 145 taken 86.21% passed for Mary 49 taken 97.96%passed for Concordia

    Graduated last year with a degree not really related at all to nursing. It was a social science degree major in anthropology. Would like to get on to the path to becoming a RN ASAP. Since I have a bachelors degree in anthropology from UCI, what are my options? Any way this degree can help me not start from scratch to eventually become a RN? Appreciate any feedback anyone can give like schools in Socal I should into, simple yes or no whether or not my degree is useless because it is not a related field so I have to apply to a school, complete prereqs, then apply to nursing program
