I think that both programs are competitive and prestigious. However, I think Marquette may be a little easier to get in to. I'm not completely sure though. I will say, however, I have been to Milwaukee many of times and I have lived in Chicago for years and Chicago is definitely a better city to live in. Great public transportation and so much character!

Hello! I am also applying for the 2014 Cohort. I am only 21 years old and I will be graduating front the University of Arizona with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and two minors in Spanish and Nutrition. I currently have a 3.75 GPA, 3.95 last 60 units and all A's and B's in m pre-requisite courses. Although I currently live in Tucson, I have lived in Chicago since I was about 5 years old. My parents and siblings still live in Libertyvile, a small northern suburb about 40 minutes from the city. I am so nervous for this admissions process! I have already applied for a BSN at Arizona three times with a 3.6ish GPA and was not accepted so I decided that an entry program was a better choice for me. I am on the board for a volunteer program on campus that works with children in the pediatric oncology unit and I am also interning for an Orthopaedic surgeon for the semester. I have a lot of global health experience and I am decently fluent in Spanish. I traveled to Honduras last year and translated for doctors while also providing clinical care to community members in a rural Honduran town. I have submitted my application and applied to the acute care program because I how fast paced the specialty is and it will allow me to think on my feet and work with a wode variety of patients. Is there anyone on this thread that knows when interviews are conducted and could give me some input on whether I have a chance or not? I'm nervous that because I do noy have any real life experience that I will not be accepted. Thanks so much and good luck to everyone!
