  1. Hi, I will be graduating from McGill University's Bachelor of Nursing (Integrated) program this summer and I am planning to register to CARNA or CNO. I passed my Quebec nursing professional exam (OIIQ) after I graduated from my nursing school in cegep. Currently I am still holding my OIIQ's graduate pending license since I still have to pass French language test in order to get my OIIQ's RN license. I would like to ask your opinion about English language proficiency. My 1st language is not English but all of my nursing education are in Canada. Am I still required to show (pass the test of) English language proficiency in order to be registered as RN in other Canadian provinces (other than Quebec) Thanks, any input or advice will be much appreciated
