    Hello all! My priority date for H-1B visa is August 2006 and the current priority date is Sept 2006, but my VISA SCREEN had expired. I retook my IELTS exam and failed twice, which hinders me to renew it. at first: my Speaking is 6.5, listening 8, writing 6.5, reading 6 second take: speaking 7, listening 6, writing 6.5, reading 6.5 My questions are? 1. Is it possible to combine my IELTS score on those 2 exams? 2. What will happen to my priority date? Thanks I appreciate any advise/info you can extend.
