    Well, as a OLDER career change nursing student (previous legal background), I'm glad to see the comments about the nursing diagnoses, because, frankly, by the time we get out of nursing school, we're going to be crazy trying to deal with the terms of nursing diagnoses....especially harder for someone who's read thousands of pages of charts/nursing notes since the late 1970s. I have a basic understanding of why nursing diagnoses are needed; however, I'd like to see the whole thing revamped before it's totally and uncontrollably out of hand...which, unfortunately, it may already be. Thanks for a great post and I'm enjoying the allnurses.com site!
