I feel the same way, I bit behind. But when I spoke to F she said that I would be getting all the info within the next week or two (which would be this week or next) since several people in the office were on vacation. You and I are tenacious, we'll get caught up!

Thanks for being so sweet everyone :) After our mailman finally came at 9:30 last night (???) I did receive my letter telling me that I had been placed on standby. It's obviously not what I want to hear but I have to roll with the punches. I knew in my heart that I didn't get in when everyone started posting about the acceptance emails they received. Anyway, today is going to be all about plan B for me. Gotta keep moving forward... And congratulations again to everyone who did get it. I wish I were joining you of course, but I truly am happy for all of you!

You may be right, I've only ever discussed accelerated with the advisers and they have always told me 30. But I have no idea if they changed it... I hope not! That makes the odds even harder.

I do not know how many people were interviewed, but I know for sure that they take 30 for the Fall (and I believe for the Spring as well). Have you applied anywhere else?

I'm still waiting to hear if I was accepted into accelerated. It's almost 8 pm and our mail STILL isn't here, grrrr! But I'm not particularly hopeful, I did not received the acceptance email that others received this morning.

Still no email... I really don't know what to think right now I'm still waiting on the mail, and trying to stay positive, but I'm pretty worried.

I'm confused, too. I still haven't gotten an email or mail. I'm trying to stay positive. But I feel HORRIBLE for the people who got an email and then had it taken back.... I agree, not cool at all. So for those of you who received an email, did you apply for traditional or accelerated? Just trying to see if there is a pattern?

Hi Everyone! I've been absent from the board for a few weeks, but I just want to express wishes of good luck to all of us waiting :) Please keep posting as letters are received. I meant to tell you yesterday, I called the office and talked to F, she scheduled it for me over the phone. Now I just need to practice. I've been reading up on behavioral interviews online, there is a lot of great info out there.

My letter came, I got an interview!! I am so excited I am shaking :)

I haven't called. I didn't want to bother them just yet. I figure if I don't get a letter by tomorrow I'll call just in case. Still no mailman I'm supposed to be studying for a Chemistry exam right now, I can't focus on anything but this!

My mail hasn't come yet... I feel like a psycho looking out the window every 5 seconds :) Regarding my Owl Express issue, I did hear back from the admissions office at KSU yesterday afternoon and they did tell me that they would be pushing it through, but that it still would be 2 to 3 weeks for it to be "official," which means I won't have access to Owl until then. And they assured me again that it would have no effect on my nursing app since I was accepted last fall and had a KSU ID#. I just hope that's true! Did you apply for traditional or accelerated?
