I sent email acceptance on the 4th and received my grad division email letter early yesterday morning. For nursing3 physio session C, I found out grades are submitted in time since it's through UCLA.

Thanks for the info. I'm taking physio at UCLA from Aug - Sept so I will check to make sure I get grades in time. It was as a possible prereq on the outstanding prereq paper that came w my acceptance letter so I'm hoping that means it does.

FYI - if you post on the Facebook group wall it will show up on your timeline. So I won't be posting on there until I let work know :)

I also received my online letter today with the intent to register link. So exciting! Does anyone know of apartment complexes with good access (bus, walking, biking, or shuttle) to UCLA? We are thinking Santa Monica, West LA or Westwood (not Westwood Village) areas.

If you go to the MECN site they have a list of pre-approved pre reqs. I'd probably verify the one you want to take before signing up but it helped me research.

Does anyone who has joined the group know if it shows up on your timeline? I can't find concrete info from Facebook about privacy of groups and don't want work finding out I am moving through Facebook :). If there's no way to hide the info, I'll join once I've given notice. Did anyone take any prereqs through BYU online independent study? If so, did you have a good experience?

I sent an email accepting the offer but haven't received a link yet. I'm starting to research neighborhoods in LA and figure out where to take my remaining prereqs. Fun! UCLA MECN 2015 sounds great! Is anyone good at setting up Facebook groups?

I received my letter today and I am accepted!! I am so excited. Good luck to all on the wait list and those who haven't heard. Should we start a Facebook group or all nursing group for admitted students? It would be great to talk to others in the cohort along the way. I definitely have questions about pre-reqs and where to live in LA (I live in the Bay Area currently).
