  1. I haven's payed the deposit yet but I got an email to contact them when we do so that they can start registering us. Did you get that email?
  2. I actually live in Buffalo Grove so I am going to commute. Oak Park is nice though and it will be very convenient for you. I wish I could live closer but I have been commuting to the city for 4 years now so I am used to it.
  3. Yeah I'm going to Loyola. I have been to the downtown campus but not to where the nursing school is in Maywood. Are you going to live in Maywood?
  4. Nope. The letter said it would come soon so I'm waiting. On the LOCUS sight under "VIEW FINANCIAL AID AWARD" I can click on 2013-2014 aid year but nothing comes up so it must not be finished yet. Did you decide to go to Loyola for sure?
  5. Did you apply for financial aid? If you did, have they sent you your award yet?
  6. I'm from Chicago. I am finishing up my Bachelor's in Kinesiology at UIC in May. What about you?
  7. I am. I got into NYU but it's way too expensive. Loyola is a good school too.
  8. My application was complete on February 12th so I will probably hear back soon. I also applied to NYU but that is way too expensive. I am graduating from UIC with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology this May.
  9. Congrats! I keep checking online but that obviously seems like a waste of time. Where did you do your undergrad and what was it if you don't mind me asking.
  10. I'm pretty sure we start hearing after April 1st, so April 15th seems more accurate.
  11. Did your status change online?
  12. Has anybody heard yet?
  13. Does anybody know yet?
  14. Did you get in?
  15. Anybody know of anyone who got in yet?
  16. Where else have you applied? I applied to NYU but it is way too expensive. I am awaiting a decision from them too.
  17. Hi. I applied for Fall as well. My application is now complete. I read on another thread from last year that one applicant received her decision 2 weeks after her application was complete. The rolling admissions makes me nervous because they have apparently been reviewing applications since January and they only accept around 60 people I heard.
  18. nycnursetobe2014- When did you start the program? I don't have a recommendation as of yet. The website says it is optional so I am considering not sending one (because I am not really close with any of my professors) but I wanted to know if people get accepted this way. I have a high GPA, volunteer experience, and a a good essay. Thanks
