You can subscribe your hospital for free and receive reviews of EHR vendors straight from the vendors' customers. For your hospital, you would want to search "acute care EMR" and you can see the vendors and how they rank for hospitals of less than 200 beds. With that in mind, have you considered Prognosis Health Information Systems (prognosishis.com)? The company provides an EHR for rural hospitals and has been extremely successful with meaningful use. With build-your-own documentation and personalized work stations, nurses love it.
