Hello Everyone! I graduated in December 2013 and took/passed my boards in July . My problem is that I can't find a job I am pretty much free and flexible as a bird! So far I only have a job as a Flu clinic nurse from August to November just to have some experience I can put on my resume and it gives me a reason to use my license till the meantime. But I need a permanent job I live in Frederick county MD. I have applied at Winchester, VA, FMH, Hagerstown, Baltimore and Leesburg VA. I keep telling myself that there is a job out there for me, but I am starting to lose hope. Any advice?

Hello everyone! I have been having a hard time creating a PICO question that has research articles that have been peer reviewed, at most 5 years old and done in the united states. I have tried breastfeeding vs bottled feeding, and reduction of labor pains through guided imagery (which was approved as a topic) and have little results. I have been trying to create PICO questions and then searching for them before I send the topic to my Professor for approval, but little luck. If someone could help me in the right direction I would be be greatly appreciating the help!
