  1. Okay Im still new so I have yet to learn out to "quote" .. hehe... But for the question asked earlier about what school I attended... I went to school to be a RN, Long Island college hospital in Brooklyn, but unsucessfully completed the program.Ive been really hard on myself about it, so even for me to admit it to a board full of strangers was hard. But I failed in my last semester, so my alternatives were to sulk and waste money spent on the education i did recieve or take my LPN. I actually chose the first for a long time.( I finished the program last june). Im having a hard time with the application process, alot of errors made by the nursing school has lengthened the process a great deal. But im finally trying to pick myself back up, kick myself in the but and do it, and money has been a big incentive. ; ) But back to the subject at hand, of a review class. I have found it hard to find a lpn review, but have fould plenty of rn reviews. What does anyone think, is taking a nclex rn review class okay for taking the lpn exam? By the way, thanks for all the replies received, very much appreciated.
  2. Im new here... So first.. HI to everyone.... I am going to be taking my lpn exam soon. I wanted to know if anyone thought review classes were a good idea. If so, does anyone know of any place in the NYC area? Ive found a few classes but their class dates are months away. Or does any recent takes of the exam have any suggestions, like what to focus on, what meds are high priority? All feedback is appreciated
