I printed mine off the BC website, in the nursing section, had no clue there was another one. The physical is divided into sections but I'm not seeing flu.

Is it listed as something other than "Flu"?

Where is a flu shot listed as a requirement?

No, whatever one starts in May. I really wanted to do it on Central but alas there's not one till August. Also, where did you see in that email where they said they'd send the ref #'s? :]
