  1. Congrats !! Thank you for sharing everything !!!
  2. Hello all. I will be graduating at the end of the year. Throughout nursing school my particular institution chose ATI as a tool and has begun to grade us at the end of each semester. It may help or not help you in the end of each term. We also have 2 assignments due each semester . I have seen a lot of confusion with questions and their "right answers". It has been brought to attention but I doubt anything will change. My question is which review have you seen more success in not including ATI. I am willing to pay for hurst or Kaplan. Kaplan is coming to my school to talk at the end of October. I am so nervous and need some serious reminders to older subjects!

@nick ADN is better than no ADN . Just make sure you have a plan of furthering your eduction at some point when you are done. Nursing is a great field to get into:)

I have a similar question. I am graduating with my ADN at the end of this year. When I first started pre reqs hospitals seemed to still take ADN no problem and soon began to fade there after ...My question is ...how long did it take someone to find a job with ADN? I am from NY and the jobs are scarce in the urban areas without a BSN. Currently we live in Queens. My husband is a firefighter so legally we can't move out of state. We can however move upstate up to but not past Ulster county. We are looking into purchasing a house depending on where I land my job ( either living in LI or Upstate) . What were your experiences? My dream job is labor and delivery/nicu/postpartum if I have to ( anywhere maternity related )
  5. Hello! I just need to complete the essay portion of the readiness exam and then will find out. I'm pretty sure I will pass this assessment. My advisor said I was a very good candidate.I haven't taken classes such as the algebra or chem bio . I was wondering if it is still doable in one term including pre reqs. If not what about in two terms? I've head nothing but excellent reviews and am so excited to start!
  6. Totally in the same boat as you! I received my acceptance letter for the nursing program and waiting for this semester to start . To be honest from knowing quite a few RNs and researching, the work place looks for BSN and or a lot of the places that will hire with associates make you sign a paper stating that you will go for your BSN within a time period of you being employed with them.
  7. I officially accepted into the program! Woohoo. As for science 25, just pay attention in class and you'll be okay. It is tough but I got through it with an A-. And I stink at math ! (Which you do use ) I made sure I came to class and lab everyday and put all my effort into this class.
