    Hi. I'm thinking about moving to Florida and have some questions about this hospital system. It seems to get rave reviews from the nurses who work there. What would be the starting ICU salary for 3-4 year experience in ICU, more as RN? Night/weekend diff? Patient/RN ratio? CNAs? Domestic partner benefits? Seasonal work? Acuity? Gay friendly workplace? Thanks for any info

  2. Florida VA - Bay Pines or Tampa?

    Hi there. I'm moving to the Clearwater area and will be transferring to a VA there. I work in a combination MICU/SICU now in a fabulous VA (magnet and beacon). Any opinions on which of these two VAs I should transfer to? I am willing to try other critical care specialties if necessary but I don't want to work at a miserable place. I see Tampa is magnet and I'm willing to drive if its a better place to work but Bay Pines is closer and has more openings. Any advice is appreciated. Also, I'm Nurse II/5 - any idea what I would be making there? Thanks!
