hi! I will be new to the Air Force Reserve as well, ill have my first interview tomorrow. I guess when I learn more ill keep you updated. What base are you at?

hi I'm new to the thread. But I have an interview with a chief nurse soon for a clinical nurse position. I've read in the other thread that giving bonuses, but for clinical nurse at this time, they are giving any bonuses only for Flight nursing. I have about 4 years of experience in ER, but currently not working in a clinical setting. I've also read in another thread where someone is in the same position as I am. but I'd checked with my recruiter again just to make sure I didn't need to work in a clinical area and maintain a certain hours, and he said no. which is weird because navy required that I maintained at least 144hour, but they don't have a spot for ER nurse at this time. just want to get a little insight and thoughts, I'm very nervous about joining and for my interview. whoever has been or are currently in AF reserves, I would like to hear your comments. Thanks!
