Turned off at 75!!!
Thanks! That helps a little!! lol I just keep thinking of each question and think I got it wrong. But I had so many priority questions. Which is a good sign I think but thats just an endless circle of guessing and I dont think I really want to play the pvt game. That is too much of a chance because it will probably say I failed even if I passed and just freak me out more!

Turned off at 75!!!
Hello all, so I took my nclex this morning. It turned off at 75. I am terrified I failed!!! I had so many sata and priority so they could me I did well but I could have gotten everyone wrong and bombed!! And and there is no longer a PVT to try. So who has passed with 75? Is it common to bomb so bad it shuts off at 75? Because I feel like I did! But everyone says it's not common. I did Kaplan and got 60-70 on every single test and still feel like I know nothing. Ati said I had 91% chance at passing.

WHNP vs nurse midwife
Sorry to add on but what if I just become a general NP? Is that possible? Then cert as a midwife? How do I go about doing that? What if I become a WHNP, and then I decide I want to work in a regular hospital in a different department just for a new experience. Will they take you as an NP? Or as a MSN? How does that work? Sorry I'm just confused!

WHNP vs nurse midwife
Hello! I'm currently in an associates nursing program. I want to be able to own my own practice so that means I must have my nurse practitioner (a friend is looking to open a OB/gyn-birthing center as a midwife) and I want to ask and consider being part of this. I want to be a nurse practitioner so I was looking at women's health NP. But you can't deliver babies as an NP right? And as a nurse midwife..you are not legally an NP right? I live in the philly pa area and looking for the fast track to get my bsn and then move on to the WHNP/CNM. Every program I find is either one or the other and that will take 4-5 yrs and add that to my 1.5 to get my BSN then ill be in school forever!!! I'm so confused looking the all these programs and certs. I really want an online program but I'm not sure if that's possible? Any help?? Thank you!!!!! (I was looking into frontier and chamberlain)

Shoes for clinical rotation!
- Shoes for clinical rotation!
Saucony? I've never heard of them! What style did you buy? Do you happen to know what the name was? I am allowed to have either white or black shoes, they don't care. I'm just not sure what most hospitals require after school is over and also if white shoes are difficult to keep clean.- Shoes for clinical rotation!
Thanks for the advice! How about white or black? I really want white because I think they would look nice with my required maroon scrubs. I'm afraid they will get destroyed though. Also what other brands has anyone tried, what styles of nursemates are the best? (And thank you for sending me to look at willow)- Shoes for clinical rotation!
So I'm officially starting nursing school tomorrow, no more gen Ed's, finally!! Anyway, I've been putting off buying shows because I don't know what type of leather I Should buy of dansko. Oiled or cabrio?? Which will hold up the best?- Shoes
Hi guys! I've decided on dansko but don't know what type of leather to buy!! Cabrio, patent leather (shiny) or oiled leather? Which type is the most durable in a messy job, like nursing? Lol I'm getting the professional because the XP's don't come in narrow.- Shoes
Hey everyone!! I'm starting nursing school next month and I'm trying to buy my shoes. First off nurse Mates or dansko?? And next I really want white but I'm afraid that white danskos (or nurse mates) can't be kept clean. So should I get black? Also dansko pro xp don't fit me because I need narrows and dansko professional are the only ones that come in narrows. Are those good, non slip shoes for work? Even though they aren't listed for nursing? Thank you!!!!!- RN to BSN online program
Irishizrn- I haven't looked in to chamberlain at all, only Drexel. How was the program? Was it pretty fast paced and not too many useless classes? How about the school it's self? I've had online classes before through a community school and sometimes they were unorganized and not thought through. So you got your bsn from chamberlain and then went to Drexel for your msn? Is the np part of the msn or completely separate? Thank you so much for your help!!- Cruise ship nursing
Hello everyone!! I'm currently a 22 yr old nursing student still at a community college for an associates degree. A goal of mine since high school has been to work on royal Caribbean or ANY cruise line as a nurse. It's a dream of mine to work and travel on a cruise ship. I love everything about the company and the atmosphere. I am still in school so I have a long way to go. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendation of how to get hired or be noticed by HR. they hire from all over the world. What's going to make me stand out from the others? How do I even get a job like this? Thank you so much!!!- RN to BSN online program
Hi everyone! So I am currently a nursing student at Montgomery community college. I'm still stuck on the wait list for clinicals. And I'm only going I graduate with an associates in nursing. I was looking for a quick online RN to bsn program. Has anyone here taken the one at Drexel? Do you like it? How did it work? Thanks!!! - Shoes for clinical rotation!
