    Also, I know that new computer systems can really slow you down and frustrate nurses. So I feel this is a way to get very comfortable with the documentation process and get a feel for different units before starting bedside care. I actually thinks it's not a bad idea for new grad RNs., providing it does lead to a permanent position somewhere! I also have an interview this Wednesday. Good luck everyone!
