I just got an email inviting me for the interview! pretty pumped.

Well I shadowed both units and got a call from HR the next day saying they both were offering me a position and I got to choose the better fit! Looks like I'll be starting in Feb, super pumped!

Hey guys I just finished phone interviews with two unit managers and was given an opportunity to visit the units and shadow. They already want to start the background check and reference portion. I'm just wondering if anyone has also had the chance to shadow/visit and what the chances of getting an offer from them are. Thanks!
