  1. Thank you so much for the info! September can't come soon enough!
  2. Thanks, you too! I've heard the classes are somewhere around 6-10pm on Tuesday and Thursday and usually one day a week of clinicals (usually Sat/Sun). It sounds like it does vary but they give you advance notice when it does. I am finishing up a&p II right now with only micro left to complete before January. I won't find out whether I have been accepted until around Sept. 15.
  3. I took the TEAS in June. Is this what you mean?
  4. I'm also finishing up my pre-requisites! About halfway through A&P II and only Micro remaining. I'm taking them online and although it takes self control, it's great being able to work full time and complete these classes from home. I have a BA and applied to nursing school in June. Decisions are mailed out Sept. 15 and I'm less than patient!
  5. I did much worse on the online practice exams than the real thing. I ended up with a 75 in science and 90 in everything else, which was above my goal! Cover all your bases and stay confident!
  6. I haven't seen any recent posts on Mercy School of Nursing in Charlotte, North Carolina. Did anyone apply to Mercy for the nights/weekend program beginning in January 2014? I took the TEAS a few weeks ago and submitted my application yesterday. I am going to be on pins and needles until September! Is anyone currently in this program who can give feedback on the schedule? How many points did you have on the point scale if you were accepted? Thanks!
  7. Has anyone applied to CCHS for the pre-nursing program that begins in the Summer? I haven't seen much about Summer enrollment. Is it any easier to be admitted? I have my Bachelor's degree from UNCC but am interested in CCHS because I lack the necessary pre-reqs for nursing school. Thanks in advance:)
