I interviewed today for PACU position and nervous I blew it she only has. 3 question for me was very casual and she spent most of interview speaking about hospital and pacu and what's upcoming. I'm nervous about this change in general it's a little pay cut but day shift and new expirrence am I crazy I can't sleep. Freaking out . Any thoughts

No I haven't left been searching around at local hospitals here on Long Island. Main reason Im looking to leave is for a day position. My husband and i both work nights and with 2 kids babysitting is hard for over nights he has to work weekend nights and i obviously have a weekend commitment. So debating if I should do home care 5 days a week procedural area or what. Just lost

Does anyone have any suggestion. I'm a nurse for 8 years with med/surg, critical care, 2 years management exp and can't find a job anywhere because I don't have my bachelors. Currently enrolled in a program but can't get call backs. Any suggestions on where to look?

I currently work nights in a great hospital and just dont know if the environment is for me anymore there has been so many lay offs, budget cuts and displacements I just dont feel secure in my job anymore. Im currently in school for my bachelors but have a few years before i am scheduled to graduate. Im also on nights and have been for since i started and Think im ready for a different pace of nursing. Is this crazy should i stay where im at? Im so nervous about change but yet so done with where im at. open to any thoughts. I know job market is hard and I think that scares me even more.
