  1. PointClickCare for Assisted Living

    We are planning to introduce EHR and eMAR technology in Assisted Living and have looked at PointClickCare and HealthMEDX. We're leaning towards PointClickCare, but we can't find any customers who have implemented eMAR or clinical software in the LTPAC space and have some concerns. Is anyone else looking at introducing or already using PointClickCare in AL? Are you finding challenges with configuring to this market? I'd really be interested in your experience.
