Hi, I'm also trying to source guidelines. Most of the articles I've sourced say to use humidity above 70%. The time variation is between discontinuing at day7 others 3-4 weeks for >28weeks. Skin maturation occurs by 2 weeks postnatal. Drager did study on infection from pseudomonas and found that above 50% no organisms found in incubator.
