  1. I'm 25 years old with a BS in public health, I always wanted to be a nurse but when I took anatomy and got a C in the course it really discouraged me. I was like if I got a C in this then how the hell would.i do in the program!? I wanted to still be in the health field so I opt for public health. I just graduated and I still felt incomplete, I mean I like public health and the opportunities but my heart still desires to follow my dream and become a nurse. So now here I am 25 years old picking up the pieces and finishing my pre reqs, my GPA isn't high enough for an accelerated program. And I'm not really good at science so I plan taking each science course by it self. Can anyone tell me what is the actual program like? so many people have told me its like boot camp and others have told me its a breeze!? Then one person told me the hardest part is getting in. A lot of the programs in ny are very competitive, but I'm mentally and emotionally prepared now, I was just curious. Thanx
