Average length of time RN-MSN
I don't really care to get my BSN. I would much rather go through to MSN since the hospital I work at doesn't give raises for your BSN it is basically pointless.

Average length of time RN-MSN
I only have 17 CU to finish before I start my MSN classes. What is the average length of time to finish the whole program? I know it is go at your own pace and do what you can. I guess what I am looking for is input on how many CU you have to finish and how long it took you to complete the program. Thanks!

Lutheran School of Nursing - St Louis
I graduated from LSN in 2012. When you graduate you will have your diploma in nursing which is above an associates but below a bachelors with clinical hours. You are still an RN. Getting accepted into any program is possible as long as you have the grades and/or meet criteria. The biggest thing with LSN is you will be doing a lot of self teaching due to the quick pace. Getting a job can be difficult since you don't have your BSN and you may have to "settle" at first but it usually works out in the end. I recommend getting a PCT or SNT job while going to school so you can be grandfathered in.

Low station, closed cervix
Hey, I am new in L&D. I have a question that I have been trying to comprehend but it isn't working. How can a baby's head be low and engaged without the cervix being dialated and thinned? If the head drops low does that just mean the cervix moves lower? I cannot get a mental picture of a similar situation. Help would be great.
