  1. Hey all, I searched for answers but I'd like to know if I should go for my LPN and then RN or straight to an RN based on my grades and experience. So my grades aren't the best, I have a 3.6 in Chem, 3.9 in Cell Bio, 3.4 in Micro, and I am retaking Anatomy (Received 3.1 before and doing better this time) and just have phys to take next quarter. I am currently looking for a CNA job as I recently completed my state test and I volunteer at a hospital in the ER. I don't think I am very competitive and I am just nervous that I will be trying to get into an RN program for a long time. This is why I have just recently considered starting with an LPN license and going after my RN afterward. I have worked very hard on my classes thus far, but I also work and I am planning on working very little, or none if i can once i get into a program. I am located in Seattle What do you guys think? I appreciate any words of advice.
