Have any groups been created for those who have been accepted?

Yeah my group had a few that didn't have Word either. I counted at the end and it was 155 participants 24 were staff. I think somebody said it was around 100 accepted, not sure though.

Thoughts on Interview Day? I thought it was really nicely organized and less pressure than I initially expected.

I'm right behind you! LOL... I got into UTA ages ago as well and they are totally on top of everything.

Another week! That's just wonderful! I wish whoever is giving these false dates (aka lying) would just not give a date at all. So disappointed in utmb. I have to wonder how they handle their students after admissions- fin. Aid, advising, etc. If this is evidence of what's to come then I dont know if I want to be a part of that anyways.

Believe me, I know the feeling. It feels like my whole life is on hold. Even though im accepted elsewhere, I cant make any concrete decisions until utmb decides. It really sucks!

Am I the only one here with a "believe it when I see it" attitude? It sounds good, but im not falling for it! (At least not THIS time) LOL

A couple more weeks? WOW! I wonder has it ever taken this long. It seems like last year the last big batch came in May. I wonder how many spots are left to give anyways...

Has anyone gotten the Applied vs. Acceptance numbers? For some reason i am thinking it's 80 spots for over 800 applications. I recall in open house someone saying that they would be opening up additional spots but i don't recall the figure. And if i recall correctly at that time, the applications received were around 7 ir 8 hundred. I think these numbers were for traditional program only. Can someone clarify or just give input on this? My mind could have dramatized the actual figures that were given and i hope I hope this is the case.... :-)

Extended deadline? Wow. I wonder if there was a shortage of applicants? (wishful thinking I'm sure!)

So will all of the correspondence from UTMB will come through the mail? Do they do anything by email? (I'm not very good at checking my "snail mail". I guess I'd better start! )

Yeah I will go ahead and call tomorrow. Will let you guys know what they say... Also, anybody sign up for open house next month?
