  1. I found by copying the original link in the forum. Maybe try that?
  2. FYI it's a closed group so you will have to approve all new request to join.
  3. No FB grp that I know of. Start one up. I'm sure would all like to know each other before the year starts.
  4. did receive not did not receive.
  5. To clarify the email I did not receive was a generic email with dates of actions not the scheduling email...
  6. I was being proactive an was told an informational email had been sent out recently. I can give you contact info if you private message as we aren't to post on forums. Did anyone else get the email? Wondering if the sender mistakenly didn't hit send...
  7. Any accepted students get an email with schedule options? I was told an email went out but didnt get one and am wondering what the email contained.
  8. There is an interview for qualified applicants. Information on this site claimed that 98% of early applicant received interviews. Good luck to all applying. Feel free to let us all k ow how you are feeling about the process etc. We are all in this together.
  9. MGH was always my fall back. I'll be at Regis. Will probably cross paths with most of you as Regis does some clinical a at MGH and some of my preceptor contacts are there as well.
  10. @steve. So happy for you man. Was bummed when you posted about Regis. Congrats!!!
  11. I'm a family man living in a suburb outside of Boston. Regis is both more convenient and in my opinion more of a personality fit for me. There is more emphasis on service at Regis and the education is equal between all 7 schools in Ma. Anyone that graduates and passes the boards will have no issues finding employment. I also find it absurd that MGH doesn't interview. One thing that separates APNs from MDs is personal interaction. How you can determine that from scores, grades, reccos, a resume, and a personal statement is beyond me. I have friends and family that are physicians and NPs affiliated with MGH and one that went through this program there. It is a good program and you will all learn a ton and become great APNs.
  12. I'll be declining. Good luck to those on wait list:)
  13. Pretty sure tests are regulated by state boards of nursing.
  14. Pretty sure we aren't hearing anything today. So much for "information"
  15. We all make choices. At this point you should easily be able to weigh your choices. I wish you all best of luck. I hope you get into a school.
  16. I'm pretty sure that there aren't any other schools in Massachusetts that send letters out before mid February (except BC which was awhile ago).
  17. Sent it in today:) Good luck with your other schools! Never give up on a dream.
  18. My limited understanding garnered from parsing these threads for the past 5 years is that all wait list candidates are reviewed equally individually as spades become available. Will be interested in what you hear back.
  19. In previous years there have been quite a few people accepted from the wait list. Good luck to all.
  20. I am interested in gerontology which is currently not offered but may be by the time we have to declare in 2 years. I said probably FNP if not gerontology.
  21. I got accepted. I don't think the joy will subside for a very long time. Good luck to all still waiting. Hope springs eternal....
  22. I may not be able to sleep tonight from nerves. That or the 7 month old with an ear infection in the next room...
  23. Congrats you two. What did the letter say? thin envelope right?
  24. I live 10 miles from Regis. If I don't hear by Thursday I'll be emailing to find out if they made their own deadline or not.
