RN float pool - Inova Epic super user
Hi everyone, I went to the interview on Friday at 10 am and I received the offer at 11:30 am the same day. They interviewed about 20 people in one hour with 4 interviewers. My interviewer told me they have many openings and look for RN who is not afraid of "changes". I think for those who haven't had their interview for the super user position, you need to know the job description. This is a full-time temporary position (to July-August). After that, they will NOT assign you to any other clinical position. The only advantage is during this 5-6 month period, you can apply to the clinical position you want as a current employee. They might ask you some questions on how you overcome some big changes in your life, what did you do? how did you do? and why you're interested in this position. Good luck everyone!!!!!!!!!

New grad residency programs in San Antonio area
Speaking from my personal experience, after my application submission, if I did not hear from HR in about 2 business days, I would never hear anything back from them. I got three interviews from 3 different hospitals and they always called me right after the next day after I submitted my application.

Which States/Cities/Hospitals are Easier for a New Grad to get a Job?
Hi Everyone, I have officially started my job hunting for 3 months and yes..job market is tough especially for a new grad RN like me who doesn't have experience as a CNA or EMT. I feel like I have so much passion for becoming a nurse and did pretty well at school and clinical rotation..still can't find a job....... I have tried the states like NC, MD, VA, upstate NY, Austin and Houston area in TX, Washington DC...got like three interviews but the ladies who interviewed me told me that I was competing with more than 200 other applicants...and even though I thought I did fine on the phone interviews I didn't get the jobs. I don't mind relocating anywhere in the United States and I can work in any units. Could anyone please give me a direction and advice on which states/cities/ hospitals are easier for me to get a RN job? Thank you so much ! I really appreciate any comments !
