I will graduate from nursing school in may 2015 to become an RN. I also just confirmed that I am pregnant with my first child! I am elated beyond belief, but this will peg my due date around October. How are facilities about hiring pregnant new nurses? I'm guessing it is not very common! I contemplated waiting to apply until after I've had the baby, but I'm afraid I'll be so out of practice. Any words of wisdom and encouragement will be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time! :) :) :)

Is it wise to work while in the nursing program? I realize everyone's different, but is there anyone with experience who can offer the pros and cons?

I've read that a lot of entrance exams don't have any A&P on them, but is there anyone who has taken a HESI entrance exam with A&P on it who can steer me in the right direction? Even the name of the study booklet you used could be helpful! I am willing to study my heart out, but I just need the right tools to do it lol Thanks!
