    It's also tough in Northeastern PA. I've been out of school for awhile and it's tough finding a job where I live. I have my certification in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and can only get out patient. Looking for inpatient but no one wants to hire a new grad in the ICU. Major mistake!!!
